Zhuonan Wang received a Ph.D. in Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. His research focused on examining structural and functional changes in the brain with aging and age-associated neurodegenerative disease including mild cognitive impairment. His previous research examined how white matter lesions, which are presumed to be due to cerebrovascular dysfunction, are related to changes in brain functional connectivity in individuals with cognitive impairment.
