Research

Artur’s primary research interest is functional and structural imaging changes in aging, cognitive impairment and neurodegenerative diseases. In his current work he investigates various relations between global health, cardiovascular risk factors and brain aging. Most of his previous work has focused on imaging biomarkers of different subtypes of mild cognitive impairment and their predictive role in clinical interventions such as aerobic physical exercise. He is also the co-author of other studies with clinical applications of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging
